  • Your HP Product is not supported by this tool. See list below.
  • Your directly connected product is turned off.
  • Your directly connected product is in sleep mode.
  • The USB or parallel cable is not connected.
  • Your wireless printer is not turned on or properly connected on the product.
  • Product name/number is close but does not match what is shown on the product.
  • Products appear in the list that you no longer use or are no longer connected or networked.
